Maisamari Integrated Farms Nigeria Limited is private limited liability company which is into tea manufacturing with its registered head office situate at Maisamari village, along Gembu Road, Mambilla Plateau of Sardauna Local Government Area of Taraba State, Nigeria.
The Company which was incorporated on the 18th day of April 2016 under the Corporate Affairs Commission with RC No.1329259 in accordance with the Companied and Allied Matters Act of 1990 and commenced business on the 18th day of May 2018.
The company’s Executive Board consist of the Chairman/ Board of Directors on its hierarchy overseeing the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer and the General Manager/ Chief Operating Officer.
Below, these executive officers are the Management team consisting of the Assistant General Manager Administration, Legal and Regulatory Service, the Assistant General Manager Tea Plantation, the Finance Controller, The Production Manager, the Quality Control Manager, the Sales Manager, the Head of Engineering Department and the Chief Security Officer. The company from inception was being financed by its Directors and proceeds from tea sales have gradually taken over the financing of the company’s daily activities.
The staffs of the company includes but not limited to the production staffs, laboratory staffs, field workers, drivers, securities, Engineering staffs etc.
The company which is basically into the production and manufacturing of black tea gotten from its vast and arid tea farm of over 200 hectares has a variety of black tea grades ranging from Broken Pekoe (BP), Pekoe Fanning (PF), Dust 1 (DI), Broken Mixed Fibre (BMF) with their various prices as manufacturing and production runs from Mondays to Saturdays.
Sale of made black tea from the company can barely meet the demand for black tea giving the high demand from customers courting across the nocks and crannies of the country basically from Kano, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Lagos, Yola and Damaturu.
